In the Content Operation Specialist you will be doing

1.Create. You will acknowledge products of Jungle Scout,collect the latest news and hot topics of Amazon cross-border business industry, create compelling and localized content  in Chinese to share with our audiences.  

2.Manage. You will assist to manage our official WeChat, Weibo, Tik Tok,Zhihu and other social accounts. The content format includes blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, videos, webinars, and anything else you think would make a big impact. You will build up content calendars and ensure that the content remains consistent across all platforms.

3.Research. You will keep up with the trends of the Amazon industry , do research for our products and competitors, and deliver data  reports with analysis to customers. 

4.Operation. You will initiate and execute content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and generate leads. The campaign will be promoted via multiple channels, like social media, email,online advertisement.  

5.Analyze. You’ll analyze key metrics of different content pieces to identify opportunities via data from Google Analytics and related platforms.

Who You Are:

1.Experienced. You have up to 2  years of work experience in managing WeChat subscription accounts, creating content, whitepaper and eBook etc.

In VP of Marketing What You’ll Do

  • Leadership and Management. First and foremost, you will lead the team, clarify priorities, and ensure strong execution. As a coach and mentor, you will help employees thrive in their respective functions while tackling new ones.
  • Product Marketing. You will help position our offerings to address the needs of Chinese e-commerce sellers, from first-time entrepreneurs to established e-commerce businesses. You’ll solidify product packaging and pricing strategies, coordinate communication plans and inform product direction.
  •  Hiring and Organizational Development. You will evaluate the marketing organization and identify gaps to ensure we have the right resources to support growth objectives. You will hire accordingly, and be responsible for running a rigorous interview process.
  • Reporting and Analysis. You will manage your team using KPIs (we love OKRs) and you will make strategic decisions based on data-driven analysis. Who You Are

We’re thinking probably 10+ years in software marketing with experience supporting small businesses and large businesses. Customer Support- 客户成功部

As the Training Manager you will be doing:

  • You are an expert on our product and our customers. You’ll know your way around our products with your eyes closed. You’ll learn and master the use of Jungle Scout products quickly and understand the customers’ needs(not limited to products only).
  • You will plan,design and lead the implementation of  the  training system for internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • You will be leading the production of all kinds of training contents and be responsible for the quality and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with third parties to develop powerful course series to nurture and empower customers.
  • Responsible for the Help Center. Keep our contents up to date with the current product updates.
  • You will be initiating research on training needs, evaluating and developing training solutions. 
  • You will lead a team and hold them accountable in delivering the training objectives.
  • You will collect feedback and draw actionable insight from it, keep optimizing our training system and content.  
  • Keep abreast of the industry trends and competitors’ popular features.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in education, marketing or psychology.
  • Have 5 years of relevant experience and  2 years as a Training Manager or equivalent.
  • Logical mind and active in thinking. Strong communication skills both in oral and written.
  • Excellent understanding of market needs, familiar with learning behaviors and psychology.

Sales - 销售部

You will be doing:

  • Be responsible for selling the Jungle Scout Cobalt Market Insights platform and Downstream to top consumer brands and product manufacturers;
  • Identify and develop account opportunities Asisa-Pacific region;
  • Own the client relationship throughout the sales process and manage the transition process to the Customer Success team after close.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and execute account and sales strategies;
  • Be able to successfully connect with, and sell to, multiple levels within an organization;
  • Focus on moving the needle with respect to the client’s KPIs and showcase the value of the Jungle Scout Cobalt Market Insights platform through personalized presentations, demonstrations and business case development;

  • 3+ years of successful quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, you’re consistently the top performer on your team & exceed every revenue goal;
  • Courageous, confident, and self-driven. You know how to persevere through challenges and remain calm but focused in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment. You run through new challenges – not around them;
  • Proven success in managing relationships, up to C-level, within large enterprise organizations

  • Attract and build a high performing enterprise sales team from the ground up to sell Cobalt and Downstream Platforms to brand sellers and other targeted top companies;

Product - 产品部

As the embedded Senior Designer on a product sprint team  you will:

  • Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, marketing team members  and researchers to deliver best-in-class product features and flows to Jungle Scout’s customers
  • Lead cross-team design collaboration projects and blue-sky vision work
  • Identify opportunities to improve product performance against key business metrics and influence their adoption
  • Develop a deep understanding of competitor features and work to ensure Jungle Scout remains at the forefront of the industry
  • Contribute thought leadership to the implementation of design team initiatives such as the creation of a robust design system, creation of funnel conversion metrics, deployment of A/B testing capabilities and more
  • Solve large, complex data visualization problems with simple, elegant, customizable experiences
  • Produce process flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in a quick, iterative, sprint-based environment
  • Partner with UX research to formulate generative and evaluative research studies to validate design hypotheses; when necessary,  coordinate testing efforts, interpret test results and incorporate results into report documents and designs

  • People Operations 
    • Lead and successfully execute projects on behalf of, or in partnership with, other team members in areas such as company activities and events, analytics, process improvement, transformation, program enhancements or new program launches, organizational change, information management, HRIS and communications.

    • Arrange employees business travel such as ground transportation, flights, hotel booking and supporting our remote employees across China.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR field, preferable in MNC.
  • Previous work experience in IT/Software, hospitality, client services or other kinds of supporting function; with comprehensive understanding of group process, policy and best practice
  • Proven track record of coordination, execution and managing of complex internal processes; Proven track record of taking the responsibility of running an office, preferably in a dynamic and international environment.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, behave professionally, and proactively take responsibility.

What you’ll do: 

As a business strategic HR partner, you will: 

  • Be the leader of employees learning, training and developments. 
  • Spot and identify high performing employees, provide career development support and guidance.
  • Responsible for employee performance management, rewards setting and employee retention while also improving existing processes and procedures to collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Develop and maintain attractive incentive plans to reinforce retention and optimize employees skills. 
  • Partner with executives, people managers, and individual contributors as an advisor, advocate and coach. 
  • Monitor and support labor legislation and implementation required changes to keep the process compliance.
  • Create and maintain a high-performance culture and effective employee relations climate, consistent with company policies and values.
  • In charge of headcount and labor cost budget management with accuracy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the department’s strategy, then create and implement robust HR strategies that help us WIN!

Who you’re: 

  • 10+ years of professional HRBP experiences, especially in performance, learning and development or related field, preferable in MNC and IT/Software industry;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.

  • Results-driven, responsive, analytical and detail oriented with a great sense of business acumen. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast growing environment so you are capable of managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
